Court Information
Community
Some of our residents have lived here more than 30 years, and they are the heart of Ruby Valley and the heart of the Court as well, providing a reliable living community.
In Sheridan, our residents work in a variety of local industries, belong to a number of community clubs and organizations, and are active volunteers for the Sheridan Senior Center, the Library, and many more worthy causes in the valley.
Consideration
Our residents care about each other and are proud to call the Court home. Court policies are followed out of consideration to each other:
Yards are kept clean and free of debris so that the park lawns can be mowed by management
Garbage is kept in designated containers and picked up each week
No more than two cars are parked at each trailer to leave plenty of space for each home
Any pets are pre-approved, friendly, and kept on leashes or kept in fenced yards.
Any fencing is pre-approved and residents keep fenced areas mowed and free of garbage and weeds.
Trailers are kept in good condition with trim and structures painted or stained on a regular basis.
Support
At the court, we realize everyone has competing demands on their time, and sometimes it’s nice to have a helping hand….
Twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall, the court hosts a cleaning day.
On these days, the court offers free assistance in donating unused items and removing extra clutter or debris.
